SMS Opt-In and Program Terms

Kreative Brands LLC sends text messages only to people who ask for them. This page explains exactly where and how you opt in, what you will receive, and how to stop.

How to Opt In

Questions before you opt in? Call or email us: +1 (801) 457-2469 or info@thekreativebrands.com. We do not collect opt-ins verbally on a call or by any method other than the web forms above. A phone number entered without the checked consent box will not be used for text messages.

Program Terms

• Sender: Kreative Brands LLC, 3300 Triumph Blvd, Lehi, UT 84043.
• What you will receive: messages about your inquiry, such as responses to your questions, scheduling, follow-up, and related business communications. We do not send third-party advertising.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our follow-up.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. We do not charge for the program.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. You can also email info@thekreativebrands.com.
• Help: reply HELP, email info@thekreativebrands.com, or call +1 (801) 457-2469.
• Consent is optional: you can submit any form without opting in to text messages.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: for individuals 18 or older.
• Your data: we handle your number and message data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Records: we keep a record of your opt-in, including date, time, and the form used, and of any opt-out.
